Sick and Tired of being Sick and Tired?

If you are Sick and tired of being Sick and Tired, let's do something about it. Are you at the point that you will decide that it is time to be consistent. It is time to consistently make changes in your lifestyle so you won't be sick and tired anymore? Now I know that you have heard all of this before and you might just be in the same place...but really! Let's go! We can do this!

Some people live in that place...all of the time....SICK and TIRED. Well, I want to encourage you to take Action. You will feel GREAT!

Action: (def.) Concerning the processes causing intentional (willful) human bodily movements



Action must be taken, steps toward a healthier well being. A few days ago, (my last blog post), we covered exercise.... a little bit of consistent fun exercise goes a long way.



Today I want to discuss taking action and intentionally helping your self feel better, feel more energy, want to move, and getting in to new habits while loving it!



Just this morning my husband, woke up with a little bit of chest congestion. I said...OK time to drink some potassium juice. (ACTION).



We juiced 4 carrots, 3 stalks of celery, 1/2 bunch of parsley, and a handful of spinach. This is the single most effective juice for cleansing, neutralizing acids and rebuilding the body. It is a blood and body tonic that provides rapid energy and system balance. If you do not have a juicer, you can create a Potassium Essence Broth...reply if you want the recipe.



After drinking, you can literally feel the energy running through your body and clarity settling in. What a great way to feel! My husband, went on to visit a client on the baseball field, doing the work he loves, not letting that Yucky feeling win him over for the day. No sir, he took action and knocked it out! That's what I'm talking about! WIN!

YOU DON'T MOVE, YOU WON'T LOSE!

Ever heard the saying, Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results? Boy is that insane. If you want to drop a few pounds, drop a lot of pounds, get your blood pressure down, maintain your health, or get healthier, let's face it, your gonna have to move.

Now is the right time to start, no matter what your age is if your want to re-gain your health, sustain your health or get healthier.

The truth of the matter is we must make exercise a priority. It doesn't have to be any thing too strenuous, or the flavor of the month...just something that you like, and gets you moving, while working up a sweat.

A great Dr. Friend of mine says this...and I quote...

"Step right up, Step right up! I have the perfect prescription for you that will get you healthier, lower your cholesterol, increase your metabolism, increase your weight loss, lower your chances of heart disease and diabetes, and give you lots and lots of energy! That's right it's EXERCISE 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week."
You should try it!
